Abstract

A vacuum phase-transition heat-transfer element used as heat transfer and radiating device in heat exchanger has a vacuum shell, which contains heat-trasnfer media including purified water, sodium tetraborate and chloride (calcium chloride, potassium chloride, or sodium chloride), further 2-6 of methylhydrazine, NO4, pure metal (Na, K, or Ag), phenolic aldehyde, iodine and sodium tartrate. There is capillary core made of metallc net in the shell, but not in contact with the shell. Its advantages are high output temp increased by 1.5-2 times and high heat transfering speed increased by 1.2-1.6times.
一种真空相变导热器件,在工业和民用的热交设备中做导热和散热器,它有一个内部呈真空状的壳体,壳体内有传热工质纯水、四硼酸钠、氯化物(氯化钙、氯化钾、氯化钠等),其特征在于还含有工质甲基肼、四氧化氮、纯金属(钠、钾、银)、酚醛、碘、酒石酸钾钠中的2—6种,真空壳体内置有金属网构成的毛细蕊,毛细蕊与壳体不相接触,其间有空隙。该器件与现有真空相变导热器件相比,最高输出温度可以是原有温度的1.5—2倍,导热速度是原有速度的1.2—1.6倍。
