Abstract

The present invention discloses a "Quick-Speed Gas-Carburization Method" for heat treatment of chain component. Its application method is as follows: the chain components 16A-40A 16B-40B sockets and rollers to be heat-treated are placed into tilting-type convertor and heated to 900 deg.C-950 deg.C, kerosene is dropped in, and after having been heat-treated the finished products can be taken out from the convertor. Its carburization speed is quick, the speed for forming Fe3C can be up to above 0.65 mm/h, its quality is good, said invented method can save cost, and has a little pollution.
本发明公开了一种链条零件热处理的“快速气体渗碳”方法。其应用方法为:热处理的链条零件16A-40A,16B-40B规格的套筒,滚子装入可倾式转炉内加热加温达到900℃~950℃时;滴入煤油,经热处理后成品出炉,此工艺渗碳速度快,形成Fe3C的速度可达0.65mm/h以上,质量好,节省成本,污染少。广泛适用于低碳钢零件热处理加工。
