Abstract

本发明公开了一种液体停留时间均布的塔盘。本发明在塔盘上弓形降液管液体出口处设置一块中间向两边倾斜的液流均布板,控制一定的高度、长度、形状和倾斜度,使液体在进入塔盘之前,先进行一次液体的均匀分布,同时有效地调控进入盘面各个位置的液体流量,能有效地消除盘面液体的沟流和回流,使盘面液体的停留时间差控制在8%以内。所说的塔盘可用于各种类型的板式塔,如筛板、浮阀板和泡罩板等,尤其适用于工厂短期停车对旧塔的现场改造,是一种具有广阔应用前景的板式塔塔盘。
A tower tray with uniformly distributed liquid retaining time features that a flow uniforming plate inclined from center to two edges is arranged at liquid outlet of blow-shaped down spout on tower tray. Regulating the height, length and gradient of the plate, the liquid can be uniformed before it comes into tower tray. At same time, regulating the liquid flow at different position of tray can eliminate gathered stream and reflux, so the difference of retaining time is controlled within 8%. Said tower tray can be used for different types of plate towers.
